Nandini Chakraborty started her career in the HR and Training industry and has over thirteen years of experience as a Trainer and HR professional. She still pursues training with passion and is totally committed to the learning and development of her participants. Working with people and improving human relationships is both her primary interest and core strength.  Nandini co - founded and successfully ran her training company RACE - Research Analyse Communicate Evaluate for 3 years. After this venture, she moved on to what she does best, that is bringing people together. In 2006, Nandini founded and started an offline matrimonial matchmaking company, Marrygold, with a focus on assisting singles meet their prospective partners. Since then, Marrygold has brought several couples together and still continues to do so. She is a certified yoga instructor from the Sivananda school of yoga and conducts workshops in yoga and chanting for children, adults and corporations. Married to a wonderful man with a heart of gold, she says, “Sam and I are like chalk and cheese, yet, we are committed to work on our marriage every day.” Gayathri Chakkangal is a practitioner and consultant specializing in the field of Conflict and Relationship Management. Gayathri started her career in Psychology and moved to Conflict consulting in 2005. Connecting with people and building relationships come naturally to her from her experience as a Mediator and Coach. She enjoys working with people and helping them discover more about themselves and develop skills towards building healthy relationships.    Gayathri is a life trustee, and was part of the core team that helped in setting up Meta-Culture, India’s only consulting organization specializing in Conflict Management. Earlier this year Gayathri partnered with Marrygold to help us with our pre and post marital consulting and support services. She is a certified Mediator and member of Mediate.com. Her experience ranges from consulting for: multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations, public institutions, schools and colleges, and families. Gayathri presently serves as an independent consultant for organizations, individuals and families. Gayathri is married to her fellow classmate from college, who works with her as a co-consultant on occasions.
